Every tasbih in the collection is made from natural material: amber, pressed amber, Oltu stone, kuka and natural stones. Dyed plastic and resin imitations are never used in any of our products. We choose the material ourselves and inspect every batch that arrives; the product page states the stone exactly as it is.
Baltic and African resin. It gives off its distinctive scent when rubbed, feels warm in the hand, and deepens in tone over the years.
The black stone native to Oltu, Erzurum. Soft enough to be worked by hand, it takes on a deep matte-to-glossy surface once polished.
Kuka, tortoiseshell-pattern beads and mineral stones — each arrives with its own grain, so no two pieces ever share the same texture.
Natural stone warms slowly in the palm while plastic warms instantly. Rubbed amber releases a faint resin scent. A grain pattern that never repeats across beads, and drill openings free of dye residue, are further signs of genuine material.
Natural material develops a patina with use. Amber darkens in tone and Oltu stone settles into a deeper shine from the oil of the hand. This is not a flaw — it is the material living with its owner.
Keep the piece away from perfume, detergent and direct sunlight. A soft damp cloth is enough for cleaning; chemical polishes break down the finish. When not in use, store it in its own pouch in a dry place.
Yes. Pressed amber is made by fusing small pieces of natural amber under heat and pressure. Its content is amber and it should not be confused with plastic or resin imitations.
The scent either comes from the material itself, as with kuka and agarwood, or from natural essence absorbed into the bead. No synthetic perfume is used; the scent softens with use and returns when the beads are rubbed.
Brief contact is fine, but prolonged exposure to water and soap shortens the life of the string and dulls the polish. Drying the piece after ablution is enough.
