01What We Collect
We collect only the data needed to answer your request. There is no membership system or account creation on the site.
- Contact and form data: name, phone, email and the content of your message
- Order data: delivery address, order contents and contact details
- Company name and tax details for wholesale and dealer applications
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited
- Cookie data: only what is necessary for the site to work (see the Cookie Policy)

Our processing rests on article 5 of Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data: necessity for the conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and your explicit consent where required.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing. Sharing happens only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:
- Courier and logistics companies — only the details needed for delivery
- Hosting, database and form infrastructure providers
- Accountants and bookkeeping service providers
- Competent public authorities — only where legally required
05International Transfers
The site's hosting and database infrastructure may run on servers located outside Türkiye. Where this is the case, data is transferred in accordance with article 9 of Law no. 6698 and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
06Retention
We keep your data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by applicable law. For commercial and financial records that period is 10 years by law.
Once the purpose has lapsed and the statutory retention period has expired, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access authorisation, and limiting access to those who need it.
No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure. Please do not send card details, passwords or similarly sensitive information in your messages.
08Your Rights
You may exercise your rights over your personal data under article 11 of Law no. 6698. Send requests through our contact channels; they are answered within 30 days at the latest. See our Personal Data Notice for full detail.
09Third-Party Links
Our site may contain external links (maps, social media, WhatsApp). When you follow them, that platform's own privacy policy applies; we are not responsible for their practices.
10Children's Data
Our site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where we become aware that we hold such data, we delete it without delay.
11Changes
We may update this policy as legislation or our services change. The current version is always published on this page, with its effective date shown beneath the heading.
