What Ready to Ship Means
The Exact Piece
Every in-stock strand is photographed individually. What you order is the strand in the photograph — never a similar one, never a substitute.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 3 pm on weekdays leave the same day. Anything after that goes out on the next working day.
Tracked Delivery
The courier name and tracking number reach you on WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves. International parcels travel with their customs paperwork.
Boxed and Protected
Each strand is wrapped in tissue and placed in its own box. For retail orders within Türkiye, if it isn't right for you, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days.

Pick a Model
Browse the collection and note the code of the piece you like. Size, bead count and stone type are listed with every model.

Confirm and Pay
Send us the model code on WhatsApp; stock status, current price, shipping cost and payment options come back the same day.
- 03
Packing
The strand is checked one last time, wrapped in tissue and boxed. Gift orders include a handwritten note card at no charge.

Dispatch
The parcel is handed to the courier the same day and the tracking number is sent to you. Delivery within Türkiye takes 1-3 working days.

Which models are ready to ship?
The ones already checked and packed in our stock. These carry no production time after the order; send us a model code and we will confirm stock immediately.
When is my order dispatched?
Orders paid before 3 pm on weekdays leave the same day, later ones on the next working day. Saturday orders placed before noon also go out the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on a wholesale basis only — single retail pieces are sold within Türkiye. We ship to the Arab countries and across Europe; delivery takes 3-7 working days depending on the destination. We prepare the customs documents.
Can I order a model that is out of stock?
You can — it then enters the production queue. Depending on the stone and the bead count it ships within 2 working days to a week.
Is the piece you want in stock?
Send the model code or a photograph on WhatsApp and we will tell you the stock status and whether it makes today's dispatch.
