Under article 10 of Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you as data controller about how we process your personal data.

01Categories of Personal Data
As data controller we process personal data in the following categories:
- Identity data: first name, surname
- Contact data: phone number, email address, delivery address
- Customer transaction data: order contents, requests and complaints, correspondence history
- Financial data: invoice details; company and tax details for dealer applications
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, log records

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Conducting the sale of goods and services
- Managing order, delivery and after-sales support processes
- Responding to requests, questions and complaints
- Assessing wholesale and dealer applications
- Running finance, accounting and invoicing processes
- Meeting legal obligations and pursuing legal claims
- Running information security processes
03Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following grounds set out in article 5 of Law no. 6698:
- Direct relevance to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- Necessity for the data controller to meet a legal obligation
- Necessity for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- Necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed
- Your explicit consent where none of the above applies
04How We Collect It
Your personal data is collected by partly automated and non-automated means through the contact, wholesale, dealer and corporate gift forms on the website, WhatsApp and telephone conversations, email correspondence and your visits to the showroom.
05Transfers
In accordance with articles 8 and 9 of Law no. 6698 and only to the extent the purposes above require, your data may be transferred to courier and logistics companies, hosting and software infrastructure providers, accountants and bookkeeping providers, and to competent public authorities where legally required.
Where the hosting infrastructure is located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with article 9 of Law no. 6698. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.
06Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation. For commercial books and records that period is 10 years. At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under article 11 of Law no. 6698 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the law
- Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation where you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
08How to Apply
You may submit requests concerning your rights in writing to our address, or through our contact channels, together with information and documents establishing your identity.
Your application is answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set in the tariff of the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If your application is rejected, the response is inadequate or no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any event within 60 days.
