Wholesale Pricing
We do not keep a fixed wholesale price list. Prices are quoted according to the selected model and order quantity; send the product codes and estimated quantities for a current quotation.

Shipping and Delivery
Preparation starts the same day an order is confirmed; orders confirmed early on a weekday usually go out the same day. Delivery within Türkiye takes 1–3 working days. For wholesale shipments abroad the time depends on the country and delivery terms and is shared with the quotation.
Wholesale and Corporate
Wholesale prices are quoted according to the selected model and order quantity; there is no fixed list. For corporate gift orders, packaging options are discussed. The quantity range is agreed together according to the product group.

Prices change with the model, material group and quantity, and market prices move, so we do not print a fixed price. Send the code of the model you like and we will share the current price straight away.
How do I place an order?
Send us the code of the model you like from the collection, on WhatsApp or via the contact form. We reply with stock, price, shipping cost and payment options; once you confirm, we open the order.
Do I receive the exact piece in the photo?
For ready-to-ship items, yes — the exact strand in the photograph is sent. When a fresh piece of the same model is sent, tone and pattern can differ slightly; in commercial series this is normal.
When will my order ship?
Orders paid early on a weekday usually ship the same day; later ones go out the next working day. For models not in stock the supply time depends on the model, and a firm date is shared before the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — abroad we ship wholesale only; single-item retail sales apply within Türkiye alone. Delivery time depends on the country, the delivery terms and the quantity, and is shared with the quotation. The export invoice and packing list are prepared by us; any further documents required by the destination country are planned together according to the scope of the order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
For retail orders within Türkiye, you can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and comes back in its box. Custom-made pieces and anything engraved with a name fall outside this. Wholesale and export shipments follow the terms of the order agreement.
How do I buy wholesale?
Fill in the form on the dealership page or message us directly on WhatsApp. Send the product codes you like and your estimated quantities; since we keep no fixed price list, the quotation is prepared per model and quantity.
Do you repair older prayer beads?
We do. Restringing, tassel replacement, kazaz braiding and polishing are handled by us and carried out at the master workshops we work with. See the Care & Repair page for details.
