Prices Aren't Listed
With handmade work the stone, the bead count and the labour differ on every piece, so we don't print fixed prices. Send the model code and we'll quote you straight away.
WhatsApp Is Fastest
For stock, extra photos and shipping details, WhatsApp is the quickest route. During business hours we usually reply within minutes.
Wholesale Has Its Own List
Dealers and wholesale buyers work from a separate price list. Rather than comparing against retail prices, ask us for the wholesale list directly.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders confirmed before 15:00 on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Türkiye and 3–7 business days abroad. Full details on the Delivery & Returns page.
Wholesale and Corporate
Dealers get their own price list; corporate gift orders get bespoke boxes and printing. Minimum quantities vary by product group.

Why aren't prices shown on the site?
Every tasbih is made by hand, so the stone, the bead count and the work on the imame and tassel all move the price. Amber prices also shift with the market. Send us the code of the piece you like and we'll quote the current price straight away.
How do I place an order?
Send us the code of the model you like from the collection, on WhatsApp or via the contact form. We reply with stock, price, shipping cost and payment options; once you confirm, we open the order.
Do I receive the exact piece in the photo?
For in-stock items, yes — the very piece in the photo is what ships. For made-to-order models we string a new piece in the same stone and size; with handmade work small differences in grain and tone are natural.
When will my order ship?
Orders paid before 15:00 on weekdays ship the same day; later ones go out the next business day. For models not in stock, production takes between 2 business days and one week.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on a wholesale basis only — single retail pieces are sold within Türkiye. We ship to the Arab world and Europe; delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on the country. We prepare the customs paperwork and send it with the parcel.
Can I return or exchange an item?
For retail orders within Türkiye, you can return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and comes back in its box. Custom-made pieces and anything engraved with a name fall outside this. Wholesale and export shipments follow the terms of the order agreement.
How do I buy wholesale?
Fill in the form on the dealer page or message us directly on WhatsApp. Once we have your tax registration, we share the wholesale price list and the minimum quantity terms.
Do you repair older prayer beads?
We do. Restringing, tassel replacement, kazaz braiding and polishing are handled by us and carried out at the master workshops we work with. See the Care & Repair page for the process.
