How We Work Wholesale
Quoted per Model
We do not keep a fixed wholesale price list. Prices are quoted according to the selected model and order quantity; send us the product codes and estimated quantities for a current quotation.
Flexible Order Size
We do not apply a fixed minimum order quantity. The range is agreed together according to the product group and the scope of the order; for mixed baskets the split by model is planned with you.
Export and Logistics
The export invoice and packing list are prepared by us; any further documents required by the destination country are planned together according to the scope of the order. Delivery by courier or with your own forwarder is available.
The Ordering Process
Order and Approval
The order list, quantities and packaging preference are approved in writing on the quotation, and preparation starts after approval. Sending samples is not among the services we currently offer.
Preparation and Shipping
Orders are prepared in batches and every batch goes through sample inspection at our base. Approved orders are packed in the standard Novatesbih box or in neutral packaging and shipped under the agreed delivery terms.

Do you ship abroad?
Yes. We ship regularly to the Gulf — Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain — as well as to Europe and North Africa. Abroad we work wholesale only. The export invoice and packing list are prepared by us; any further documents required by the destination country are planned together according to the scope of the order.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Private-label production is not active yet. We are still working on custom production and personalised product solutions for brands and regular trade partners, and we will announce these options once they go live. Get in touch for our current wholesale options.
