We do not sell retail or single pieces into Saudi Arabia. Every page in this section addresses importers, wholesalers, distributors, store chains and corporate buyers; orders run on a proforma invoice, an export invoice and a packing list. Our retail channel operates inside Türkiye only.

The Export Process
Order and approval
The order list, quantities, colour preference and packaging are approved in writing on the quotation. Sending samples is not among the services we currently offer.
Production and inspection
Production runs in batches at the master workshops; each batch is sample-inspected when it reaches our centre and reported back with photographs.
Documents and shipping
Export invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are issued; cargo is delivered to the port, the airport or your door according to the agreed Incoterms.
Planned Services
At Nova Tesbih we are continuously developing our wholesale infrastructure and service options. In the period ahead we plan to offer our customers sample shipments, custom model production and made-to-order product details such as bead size, imame and tassel. We are also working on custom production and personalised product solutions for brands and regular trade partners. These services are not active yet. Frequently Asked Questions
Do you sell retail in Saudi Arabia?
No. Outside Türkiye we work wholesale and export only — no single pieces and no direct shipments to end customers. Our retail channel operates inside Türkiye only.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We do not apply a fixed minimum; the quantity range is agreed together according to the product group and the scope of the order. Send the product codes and estimated quantities and we will settle the right arrangement.
What payment and delivery terms do you work with?
Bank transfer (T/T) with a deposit at order and the balance before shipment is our standard; letters of credit are available for established buyers. Delivery terms are FOB, CIF or DAP.
Is SASO/SABER conformity required?
It depends on the product group. Where it applies, the conformity certificate and product registration are completed before shipment and the document set is handed to your customs representative.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Private-label production is not active yet. We are still working on custom production and personalised product solutions for brands and regular trade partners, and we will announce it once it goes live. Get in touch for our current wholesale and export options.
